Although we have a magnificent facility and a broad spectrum of innovative programs, it is ultimately our great staff that makes YCC such a special place.

This exceptional group of young men and women – the director, assistant directors and supervisors, doctors and nurses, counselors and specialists, and the support staff – all work together to make kids feel good about being here.

Most of our staff have been at the Y Country Camp since they themselves were young campers, and they are passionate about passing on their love of YCC to today’s campers.
